He is committed to improving neighborhood safety through community-centered public safety strategies that build trust and strengthen partnerships between residents and local agencies. Adams will work to ensure the County’s 311 system responds quickly and effectively to resident concerns, while prioritizing cleaner streets, better maintenance of public spaces, and stronger code enforcement that protects neighborhood quality of life across District 4.

Economic Responsibility

Tim Adams understands that taxpayers deserve accountable leadership and smart financial management. He is committed to protecting taxpayer dollars through responsible budgeting, eliminating wasteful spending, and ensuring county resources are invested where they matter most. His approach focuses on improving government efficiency while strengthening essential services that residents rely on every day—from public safety and infrastructure to schools and healthcare. Additionally, Tim co-sponsored a bill to boost veteran-owned businesses, requiring the county to award at least 15% of all eligible procurement contracts to these veteran-owned businesses each year, starting in year three of the program.
